General Festival Information

BurningCow2020 is an OUTDOOR EVENT therefore there are no refunds or exchanges. Line-up and set times are subject to change. BurningCow2019 is an all-ages show, however we encourage you not to have children under 12 attend. Parental discretion is advised. All children attending will be required to have a ticket. No scalping or reselling of tickets, or unauthorized sales of any kind are allowed. Every person staying in the campground must have a BurningCow2019 festival pass. A valid picture ID and age verification wristband is required to purchase and consume alcohol.

BurningCow2020 is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If you chose to lock valuables in your vehicle make sure they are out of sight.

BurningCow2020 not responsible for damage or theft to vehicles or vehicle contents. Any vehicle parked illegally may be towed at the owner’s expense. Everyone and everything (including vehicles) are subject to search at all entry points.

BurningCow2020 does not condone drinking and driving in any capacity! That’s why we offer overnight camping with a one-day festival pass. One night guests are welcome to stay one night in the day-parking lot. We ask that one night guests leave the BurningCow grounds by 10:00am.  If you have too much fun please be safe and just stay overnight!

BurningCow2020 has T-shirt security on duty during the entire event.  You're Safe!

No liability is assumed by owners, partners, employees, entertainers, sponsors or any persons associated with BurningCow2019. All persons attending BurningCow2019 do so at their own risk.

General Campground Information

The campground gates will open at 12:00pm on Thursday August 13th, 2019 and close on Sunday August 15th, 2019 at 2:00pm. Each campsite is 20’x40’. one vehicle, and sleeping accommodations must fit within this area.  Additional vehicles will be required to park in the nearby day lot. Limit of 8 campers (guests) per campsite. Every person staying in the campground must have a BurningCow2020 festival pass. BurningCow2020 camping is considered “rustic”. No campsites have water connections. No campsites have electric hook up.

Potable water, toilets, and shower facilities will be provided. The campground is fairly level, however you are encouraged to bring any blocks necessary for leveling any camper or RV units. Small, contained campfires are allowed on the campground. Some fire rings are available at the site. Rings are available on a first-come first-serve basis. You may also bring your own if you have one.  Firewood will be available for sale to benefit local non-profit organizations. When setting up your campsite, please be mindful of neighboring campsites.

BurningCow2020 is produced by a group of people who care deeply about the natural beauty of Door county. Please leave your campsite in the same (or better) condition as when you arrived. Garbage and recycling containers are located throughout the campground. Please take your garbage and recycling to the closest available receptacle. Feel free to notify staff if the containers near your site need to be emptied.

Will I be able to camp next to my friend or reserve a spot? If your friends arrive after you, there is no guarantee they will be able to camp next to you as spots are on a first come first serve basis.  Please arrive together if you plan on camping together as long as all parties have purchased a 3 Day Pass. If your friends arrive after you, there is no guarantee they will be able to camp next to you.

BurningCow2020 is not responsible for your campsite, conduct, or the conduct of other persons within the campground. BurningCow is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, lost or stolen property. Please keep your property locked and properly secured.

Campground Rules

All people entering the BurningCow2020 festival campgrounds do so at their own risk. No Liability is assumed by the promoter, owner, agents, managers, officers, sponsors, employees, volunteers, or any other individuals or entities associated with the event.

Campfires must be self-contained (i.e. in a fire ring, hollowed tire RIM, etc). Please keep your campfires at least 10-feet from tents, campers, and vehicles. Campfires will only be permitted if there is no burn-ban issued by local authorities.

ABOSULTELY NO FIREWORKS WHATSOEVER WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE BURNINGCOW FESTIVAL GROUNDS!!! You and your entire party will be escorted off the property for ANY violation of this policy.

NO PETS! We realize this can make or break your decision to join us at BurningCow2020. To be fair the BurningCow2020 staff must make caretaking arrangements for their fur-babies too!

Quiet hours are in effect from 3:00AM to 7:30AM. Any music playing devices and or generators must be turned off. If your campfire is still glowing, and no one from your site is near, festival staff will extinguish the fire for you. While jamming is totally allowed in the campground, keep it acoustic. Campers are asked to leave their PA systems at home so everyone on site can enjoy the live music of BurningCow2020.

All campsite equipment must be removed from the grounds by Sunday August 15th, 2020 by 2:00PM. Any vehicle parked illegally may be towed at the owner’s expense. Please keep your parking pass visible in the windshield of your vehicle. Additional parking passes for campsites may be purchased at the main gate.

The following are prohibited on the campgrounds:

  • No weapons or firearms of any kind
  • No drones No drugs and/or drug paraphernalia
  • No fireworks or any type of explosives
  • No kegs, no liquor
  • No vending of any kind allowed in the campgrounds
  • No glass containers of any kind
  • No amplified sound (be respectful of your neighbors)
  • No pets 
  • No ATV's, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles Note that all prohibited items will be confiscated at point of entry into the campground site!

The following items are prohibited in the music festival site:

  • No instruments
  • No weapons or firearms of any kind
  • No drones
  • No drugs and/or drug paraphernalia
  • No glass containers
  • No outside food/beverages
  • No coolers
  • No pets
  • No professional video or photography equipment

Note that all prohibited items will be confiscated at point of entry into the music festival site!

BurningCow2020 will take place RAIN OR SHINE!

All talent advertised in promotional materials have confirmed their appearance. HOWEVER, all acts and set times are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be granted resulting from the failure of any act to perform. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. BurningCow2020 and Funny Farm Productions Inc. are not responsible for forgotten, lost, stolen wristbands or tickets. BurningCow2020 and Funny Farm Productions Inc., along with local emergency services will provide the best available information in case of severe weather, or a weather emergency affecting the grounds.
